Wellist Week was created to bring together the leaders shaping the future of wellness—from founders, investors, and operators to scientists, creators, and cultural innovators. Anchored by the Wellist Forum and supported by a week of experiences and activations across Miami, the event served as a gathering place for the voices driving one of the world's fastest-growing industries. The inaugural Forum welcomed thought leaders from across the wellness ecosystem to explore what comes next for human health, longevity, hospitality, technology, and well-being.

Create an elevated, seamless experience capable of supporting a high-profile roster of speakers, sponsors, partners, and attendees while ensuring every touchpoint reflected the caliber and ambition of Wellist's vision.

Our Approach

Afterglow partnered with the Wellist team to bring cohesion and operational excellence to a highly dynamic event environment. Serving as the production lead across multiple stakeholder groups, we managed the intricate details that allowed sponsors, speakers, partners, and attendees to move through the experience with ease.

Our team oversaw sponsor relations, speaker management, staff training, stage operations, audiovisual production, lighting design, environmental design, and on-site execution. Beyond logistics, we developed the creative framework for the event environment itself—designing stages and visual moments that reflected the natural, human-centered ethos at the heart of the Wellist brand. By aligning every production element under a unified strategy, we transformed a complex program into an experience that felt intentional, polished, and effortless.

The Experience

From keynote sessions and panel discussions to sponsor activations and networking moments, every aspect of the Forum was designed to foster meaningful connection and engagement. Afterglow's custom stage and set design became a defining feature of the event, transforming the venue into an environment that felt both elevated and grounded in nature.

Lush greenery framed the stage while a custom moss-covered "W" backdrop served as a striking visual centerpiece—quickly becoming one of the most photographed and talked-about elements of the Forum. Paired with dynamic lighting and seamless audiovisual production, the environment created a memorable backdrop for conversation, storytelling, and connection.

Behind the scenes, Afterglow coordinated dozens of moving parts in real time—supporting speakers, managing sponsor needs, directing staff, and overseeing production logistics—to ensure each moment unfolded smoothly and every stakeholder felt supported.
